Tried altering the name but no improvement - it will not move to this sheet. Maybe if we use that files in different versions of Excel can make that error... shinydiamond Guest I consider myself a decent VBA programmer, but I've finally come u against an error that I can't debug in its simplest form. If none of this works and Excel is totally screwed up, as it sometimes is my other “General Solution” is worth trying.
