I have a friend with an '11 or '12 carry and has had the s3 (he's 3 phones down the road now). Is there a fix? The blue tooth works fine. See if anybody else has had the problem.

I don't mind using the phone to control the music and bluetooth to stream the audio. I had not hooked up the iPhone via USB to the head unit until today.

SoundCloud gives Error 5 at the end of each song, and I have pretty good luck with Pandora. so when i synced they would show on my ipod but wouldn't be authorized to play. The problem seems to be when the deck downloads the list of songs/podcasts/books, etc. streaming music via Bluetooth works but may or may not transfer controls depending on exactly which audio head is in the vehicle.
BUMP. As far as I'm aware of, I haven't connected to the Bluetooth. even on my computer it wouldn't play those songs until i authorized it with my old account name and pasword. I know iPod cables can go bad, I had a 3rd party cable that worked then all of a sudden wouldn't work my PC, I swapped it with a new cable
I can play the Ipods and iphone with the 3.5mm jack but nothing will play with the iPod USB cable.
