I've just reinstalled my Windows on my laptop which has port USB 3.0 and 2.0 on it. Is it possible for us to replace the USB port for this laptop as you showed for Dell's small laptop? USB 3.0 still not working. The right-side port is not seen by either Device Manager or Windows Explorer. Are you able to do a Windows Restore back to a time just before the ports stopped working? Dead Usb Port After connecting them to another computer and ejecting them properly from there, they suddenly started to show up on the original computer that was not recognizing them.
