or I think you could ring Vast on their Telephone Number (try 1300 993 376, then press option 2) & get them to Send an Update to reactivate your service for IF the decoder cannot for any reason whatsover, receive this signal, ( decoder off , or there is a poor connection, loss of signal, bad weather etc) , the decoder on Almost instantaneous. This signal apparently has to to do with "service verification" (whatever that is supposed to mean).
For further information regarding VAST refer to ACMA. His 4121 had been working fine up until this point, but when switched on this time came up with "Error 30-4 - currently unable to view this channel" on all channels.
